Artisan Baskets

In Jinja Uganda a group of women gather each week to do a Bible study and meet with a social worker to plan development strategies for their families.

Each week the fish family buys some of the crafts they make and they put some of that income into a savings account for their children’s school fees, medical emergencies or business start up expenses
It has also been great to see some of the women be able to save up enough to get a solar panel to light their homes.  Several of the women are also working through a 4 month business training course.
